Here is a   list of  USNC-URSI Commission J members as of December 2005. New members of USNC-URSI Commission J are nominated by existing members and elected to membership by vote of the members at the annual Commission J Business Meeting at the January meeting. Guidelines for qualification for membership and an official USNC-URSI membership nomination form are available at  http://www.usnc-ursi.org/nomform.htm .  During discussions of membership issues at the January 2000 and 2003 Business Meetings there was a consensus that these qualification guidelines are too restrictive and will be interpreted liberally by Commission J. This was also addressed in a series of email messages in Summer 2004.
