If you're interested in pursuing graduate study in Astronomy or Astrophysics at CIT, here is some useful information. Please note that the actual application process is handled by the CIT Graduate Admissions Office, NOT by the astronomy department -- your application should be sent to them, and they forward all received materials to the Astronomy Admissions Committee. Any specific questions about the department's doctoral program, however, can be answered by us. If you don't find answers to your questions in the FAQ below, you can ask the Chair of the Graduate Admissions Committee for the Astronomy Department.
