Assumptions

The following steps should have been completed during the instrument setup and are described in more detail in Setup Procedures.

1. The dewar and electronics rack are mounted on the telescope and are correctly cabled.
2. The SC-10 pick-off mirror and chopping secondary have been correctly wired.
3. The SC-10 beam has been accurately aimed at the secondary.
4. Cryogens are sufficient for the night.
5. Detector electronics have been checked for proper DC and clock voltages.
6. GSM electronics have been approximately calibrated.
7. The Sun workstation (GRB) has been booted and the ethernet cable to the PC and the serial port connections to the telescope computer and printer are in place.
