After mounting the CCD on the 60-inch telescope, it is useful at this
point to check the guider camera. In order to be able to focus the
guider on the 60-inch telescope with the Fabry-Perot instrument
installed, the guider camera must be pushed in as far as possible
toward the optical axis of the telescope. To verify this, loosen the
four screws which hold the guider in its mount, press the camera in as
far as possible against the foam padding, and re-tighten the screws.
The guider system on the 200-inch telescope does not need to be
adjusted.
