- dir
- List the files in the current directory.
- set def disk:[dir.subdir]
- Change to the specified directory. Common locations are
sys:[ccd], sys:[ccd.fp], and scr:[ccd].
- cd
- An alias for set def.
- cdfp
- An alias for set def sys:[ccd.fp]. This is the location of
the Fabry-Perot control software.
- cdscr
- An alias for set def scr:[ccd]. This is the location of the
scratch directories, where observing data is stored. Most users
find it helpful to create a subdirectory in this location for each
night of observing.
- create/dir disk:[dir.subdir]
- Create a subdirectory.
- edit <filename>
- Edit a text file. Use the cursor keys to move around the file.
Press ctrl-Z when finished, and then exit to save, or
quit to abort the file. Use the Help key to see the key
assignments for cut, paste, and other operations.
