- A single pass bundle is a collection of individual detections (up to 4, one
per CCD/filter) within the same scan sequence
- Detections of the same physical object from different scan sequences (single
pass bundles) are then associated to create a multi-pass bundle
- Crossmatching of catalogs (with themselves) is carried out using the very
efficient zone indexing
- associated pairs can then be collated to form queryable time histories for
astronomical objects
