This source is a brighter in 2004 July 18 than it was
on 2002 June 9 (ISIS and CPM). However, the apparent variability  
detected when comparing the 2002 April and June template, 
(June is brighter, ISIS and CPM) as well as the fact that the 
object is stellar or nearly so, suggest an AGN.
