This source was bright during April-June 2002, and 
is fainter now (July 2004). No variability is seen
when comparing April and June 2002. The source is 
stellar and bright, and classified by SDSS as a faint
QSO candidate. Therefore, likely an AGN that was brighter
in 2002 than in 2004.
