The first crane lift was Monday morning, 15 Dec, 6:00 am. We flew off the old DASI faceplate and with the crane waiting, replaced the inner seal plates and outer brush seal to their original heights. We did test fits of the plenum ring and triangle arm; the plenum ring rode .500"-.600" too high, which we attributed to the new plate being thinner than drawn and the old insulation panel (which sets the height of the brush seal) being thicker than drawn.
