1) Focus on 44 selected pinholes centered on the right and left CCD: left CCD - 2897 right CCD - 2907 Conclusion: focus procedure can be done using selected area on one CCD only (depth of focus is about 40-50 microns). 2) Focus sequences for all dichroics (step is 70 microns) 560 clear -2897 500 clear -2875 460 clear -2887 680 G -2902 mir G -2906 Conclusion: dichrocs are parfocal ~-2900. Small focus differences are due to chromatic effects. 3) Focus sequences for all filters with 560 dichroic G -2901 B -2952 U -2870 clear -2897 Conclusion: focus differences are due to small differences in power between the various filters. Values are consistent with what was already known, with the exception of the B filter, which goes from a -20 to a -50 offset from G/clear 4) Gain measurements Blue Amp # Gain [e-/ADU] Lab 0 1.542 1.55 1 1.546 1.56 2 1.632 1.63 3 1.633 1.70 Amps 0,1 are on CCD0 (left on Figdisp); amps 2,3 are on CCD1, which is the CCD with higher UV QE. 5) New Gain measurememts for the Red Side, made during LRIS-B engineering: Amp# Gain [e-/ADU] 1 1.953 2 2.110 Amp 1 is on the left of the figdisp display.
