The WLM and astronomical data for four scans in the OVRO WLM test track are compared below. The red line is the observed astronomical phase on 3C84, and the black line is the water line measurements scaled by a factor 12 and converted to degrees. Evidently a strong correlation is observed between the water line measurements and the astronomical phase. Even in scans where the astronomical phase varies by more than 300 degrees in less than a minute, the changes are well tracked by the WLM measurements.
