GOALS


1. To analyze and discuss the strategic landscape, examine our strengths and weaknesses as a community, and propose scientific directions that maximize opportunities for the Observatory in the era of many giant telescopes.
2. To assess the accomplishments of the Keck Observatory over the last year compared to goals.

3. To recommit ourselves to the support and development of the Keck Observatory and to update the existing Strategic Plan as required.
