Absorption coefficients for PLATON

By default, PLATON uses absorption data with a resolution of R=1000. This should be sufficient for most purposes. If higher resolution is necessary, we provide R=10,000 data here (for PLATON v5), which the user can downsample to any desired lower resolution. For select near IR bands, we also provide high resolution opacities at R=375,000 here.

Extract the archives and put the resulting files into PLATON's data directory, overwriting the existing files with the same name. You can find out where PLATON is installed by doing "import platon; platon.__path__" in ipython. The data directory is path/data
