Where: The Lounge, Bridge Annexe (opposite Sterl Phinney's)

What to bring: Your lunch

When:  12 noon
       (Please try to be present along with your lunch at 12:05)

Format: Free-wheeling discussion.
        No viewgraphs, no power point.
        A large old-fashioned nice black board is available.
        However, you can pass a few sheets of paper.

Who attends: Our theorists (Kamionkowski, Phinney, Sari;
             Goldreich, when in town; occasionally, Thorne)
             Observers (Blain, Kulkarni)
             Postdocs (mainly theory)  and Students (mix)

The purpose of this meeting is for observers to meet theorists and
make progress. It is usual for some one to summarize recent
meetings or mention something particularly interesting in their
own field or some aspect of their work. 
 
In the second half (starting about 12:40 pm) we will have a 
focussed discussion of the invitee's research program.

Suggested style (for invited researcher):
        [1] Describe your research 
        [2] Summarize key developments in your field
        [3] Discuss wild ideas (this is a good forum to bounce off ideas)
