Syntax: align_match (FITS file 1 to be re-aligned)
                      (FITS file 2 to match the alignment to)
                      (FITS file output filename)
                      [ xs=  xe= ]
  
   Re-aligns the first file to match the alignment of the
   second file.  Files must be linear or log-linear.
