Syntax: autoid (arclamp FITS file) [2nd arc FITS file(s)] [id=file] [dbf=file] [uf=file] [ros=] [cos=] [-forceros] [-reverse] [-listonly] [-clobber] [-verbose] [-soft] [wll=] [-nops] [desat=] [-nofit] [-fitonly1] [-fitonly2] AUTOmatically IDentify arc-lines. Looks in database for a previously calibrated arclamp with a similar setup. Options: id=file : ID file filename. Default: (arc filename).ids . dbf=file : Explicitly specify one of the data base files of previously wavelength calibrated FITS files in $MAKEE_DIR/ArcLineDataBase/. Default: guess. uf=file : Explicitly specify a user FITS file for the correlation instead of a data base file. ros= : Guess row offset from DataBaseFile. cos= : Guess column offset from DataBaseFile. -forceros: Force the program to use the "ros=" value. -clobber : Overwrite ID file if it exists. Default: query. -verbose : Print lots of messages about line IDs. -soft : Soften requirements for suitable database file. wll= : Set Weak Line Limit (lines with peaks below this will be ignored.) Default: 50. -nops : Do not produce PS plots of correlation function (*-cf.ps) or final fit residuals (*-fr.ps). desat= : Set saturated pixel level for desaturating columns which have bled due to strong Ar lines. Default: 60000. -nofit : Do not do final identifying and fitting. -fitonly1 : Only do final re-identifications and fitting. -fitonly2 : Only do final fitting. -reverse : Reverse plot order (up,down, right, left). -listonly : Only show database file selection.
