Outreach:

It’s fun to talk about astronomy to non-astronomers. For the past few years, I’ve been coordinating the outreach efforts of the Caltech astronomy department. My favourite part is going to local schools, and talking to primary school children about astronomy, or science in general. You can find out more about the outreach program from the department website. For casual stargazing, we use telescopes and binoculars at the Cahill Rooftop Observatory.
