'Recent Results from The South Pole Telescope'
I will give a brief overview of the South Pole telescope
and discuss recent and upcoming results, including: A first
measurement of the SZ amplitude from the CMB power spectrum,
a new population of mm sources, and the first ever SZ selected
cluster catalog. At the end of the talk I will discuss the
latest results from an ongoing campaign to characterize the
nature of the new mm sources, which we believe to be high redshift,
strongly lensed SMGs.
