Directions to our Lectures and Stargazing Events
Our lectures are held in the Cahill Center for Astronomy and Astrophysics building at 1216 E California Blvd, Pasadena in the south of Caltech's campus. Our stargazing sessions are set up on the North Athletic Fields adjacent to Cahill. Please see our map below for detailed directions or use the links above. There will be signs out and volunteers around to help you find your way. We're the unusual building pictured above.
Parking for Lectures and Stargazing Events
Outside of weekday business hours (7AM-5PM), it is free to park in any of the Caltech parking garages or lots. The closest parking lot to our events is the underground lot just South of Cahill seen as a yellow car in the map below. During weekday business hours, you must pay for a visitor pass to park in Caltech lots. Alternatively, no permit is required to park on California Blvd at any hour if you are able to find a spot.
